Captain America beats Harry Potter


"Captain America" topped expectations at its opening. It won its battle against the almighty "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2," which saw its massive opening-weekend audience from last week shrink by 72 percent.
The final episode in the "Potter" series cashed in $48.1 million over its second weekend in U.S. and Canada, plus $121.3 million internationally.
